Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely in love with your piece, we'll help you return it — no questions asked. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Email us at care@maisonaure.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Simply pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment the refund is issued.

Absolutely. If you'd prefer a different size, color, or piece entirely, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the balance accordingly.

We're so sorry. Please send a photo of the damaged item and packaging to care@maisonaure.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the damaged piece.
