1. Eligibility

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Free from significant wear, damage, or modification

2. How to Start a Return

1. Email us at returns@tanneri.it with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging and affix the label.
4. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location. Tracking is included.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for funds to appear.

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within the 30-day window. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, let us know when requesting your return. We'll ship the new item as soon as we receive the original.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost. All Tannéri products are covered by a lifetime craftsmanship warranty — if a stitch fails or hardware breaks under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

7. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Florence, 1962

Tannéri was born in a small workshop off Piazza Santa Croce, where founder Giulio Tannéri apprenticed under a master leatherworker at fourteen. By twenty, he had his own bench. By thirty, his own shop. The philosophy was simple: make leather goods the way the old masters did — by hand, with patience, built to outlast the owner.

Six Decades Later

Today, Tannéri occupies the same Florentine workshop, now run by Giulio's granddaughter, Elena. We source full-grain vegetable-tanned leather from tanneries in Tuscany, France, and England. Every piece is cut by hand, saddle-stitched with waxed linen thread, and finished with solid brass hardware. No machines. No shortcuts. No compromises.

A single Tannéri wallet takes an artisan four hours. A pair of shoes takes two days. We could make them faster — we choose not to. The result is a product that doesn't just last, but improves with age. The leather softens, the color deepens, the stitch holds firm for decades.
